Time to talk: workout essentials.
Having been active when growing up and now into my early 20s, I have really gotten to know what I need for a successful workout.
My pre workout routine involves a light snack, often a banana or rice cake with peanut butter. These have the necessary carbs and sugars to fuel my workout without leaving me feeling heavy and unsettled in my stomach.
I have always hated taking a bag to the gym, and love the simplicity of just taking the items I need, these include my phone, airpods, water bottle and keys.
