Refund policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you had in mind & so we do offer full monetary refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind, the InHalo is hand made, and therefore each one may have slight differences in cut or finish. 

Please note, the item you wish to return must be unused, clean, intact and exactly how received. The Inhalo Co  reserves the right to review the order before issuing a refund and must meet above standards.

To start a return, you can contact us via email: contact@theinhalo.com with your order number & reason for return. More information on this return will then be provided by an email back.
